Aaron Hampton – Managing Director

Aaron Hampton served in the United States Marine Corps from 1987 to 1993.  He is a Gulf War Veteran as well as an Army Ranger.  Along with his extensive training and service to his country in the military, Aaron brings over 20+ years of expertise and leadership in the Management and Information and Technology Services space.  Aaron has an aptitude to spot trends in data and in figuring out how complex systems work.  He is passionate about attention to detail and follow through to ensure completion in general accordance with quality standards.

As the Vice President of Information Technology for Performance Matters Aaron developed strategic partnerships and alliances with critical software vendors in the industry.  He also designed and supported data analytics/BI tools and processes for internal use as well as to support client engagements. Aaron did onsite evaluations of client’s service, sales, production, administration, and IT operations to identify and implement solutions to improve the client’s specific needs.  He developed and maintained programming requirements for proprietary applications and managed IT/IS operations for Performance Matters. Aaron also managed the rewrite of proprietary application that helps clients recover energy costs developed a strategic partnership with critical software provider and designed/wrote programming requirements for proprietary modules.

 

While working at Northern Tool & Equipment as the Regional IS Manager Aaron managed IT/IS operations for Northern Tool’s primary distribution center (770,000 sq. ft.)  He worked with the Distribution Operations team to accomplish DC MBOs and maintain KPIs and managed the local VB, PHP, MySQL, SQL Server development in support of distribution operations. Aaron successfully managed Infrastructure planning/management including wired/wireless network, telecom, and security, Device management including servers, PCs, mobile RFs, mobile phones, switches, routers, thin clients and Print Fleet management including laser, MFPs, thermal transfer printers, fax, etc.
